OSEA Angel Investors is a membership-based private angel investment group focused on and driven by women executives and entrepreneurs with very diverse and successful backgrounds. We provide a forum for the introduction of emerging companies to potential women angel investors and offer access to meaningful education regarding the vetting and investment process. Educated entree to investment opportunities will allow our members possibilities to diversify their investment portfolios.


What is Angel Investing?

Angel investors are SEC accredited individuals who invest in early-stage companies. Angel investors provide cash to young companies in exchange for equity (typically in the form of preferred stock).

Xandra Laskowski

Founder and CEO

Xandra Laskowski is a startup advisor with over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience with large multinational tech companies as well as startups as founder, investor, advisor and board member. She has held positions as Worldwide Commodity Manager and National Major Accounts managerial roles before moving into the Angel Investment and startup worlds. She founded OSEA Angel Investors in 2017, a woman focused angel investment group based at the UCI Cove, University of Irvine, California. OSEA Angel Investors is an investment partner with Tech Coast Angels, Titan Angels (CSUF), the Cove Fund, Angel Syndication Network, Antler, TiE Global, Angel Capital Association Funding Women Initiative, The Players' Impact and Women Angels of the Bay Area. Through Xolas, Ms. Laskowski provides startup consulting assisting entrepreneurs in producing their "Startup Roadmap".

In 2019 Ms. Laskowski was included in the Orange County Business Journal OC 500 Directory of Influence for Innovation and in February 2020 and August 2022 was nominated to the Orange County Business Journal Woman in Business Awards. In October 2020 Ms. Laskowski was awarded the Women of Influence Awards Gamechanger Award for her work with OSEA Angel Investors.

President

Kristi Ritoch is an entrepreneur and business consultant, having launched several successful start up companies over the last 30 years. She currently owns a retained executive search firm that places high level executives in the life sciences arena and has been an industry leader for 20 years.


Kristi is an Angel investor, a member of several top tier Angel networks and an advisor to several start up companies that she has invested in.


She has vast experience as a Director of the Board, leading philanthropic organizations and many years of coaching experience. All of this has brought her to a place where she can be of great value to helping start up companies get a great start.

Sarah Fergusson Chambless

Sarah Fergusson Chambless focuses her practice on technology companies, specifically in the areas of startup company formation, early-stage finance, technology licensing and regulatory considerations, venture capital investment transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Sarah advises emerging companies in the digital media, technology, consumer products, social enterprise and nonprofit sectors in issues related to company formation, corporate compliance, and intellectual property licensing and transactions.

Stacey Feinberg

Stacey Feinberg

After graduating from Northwestern University, Stacey assisted her father at his pioneering Sports and Entertainment Law Firm, Bob Woolf Associates. Beyond negotiating contracts, they also managed every aspect of the lives and careers of over 300 clients, including Larry Bird, Larry King, Joe Montana, and New Kids On the Block.

In 1998, she co-founded JLF Asset Management. They were named to Barron’s 2007 list of the top 30 hedge funds in the world. In 2008, Stacey pivoted to pre IPO investing. Some her early stage investments include Facebook, Zico Water, Uber, and Peloton.
